How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your order number and email address to view the latest status of your delivery.
Do you provide size information?
Yes! Every product page includes a detailed size chart powered by Kiwi Size Chart. You'll find UK and EU size conversions, as well as measuring instructions to help you find your perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with both the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund — no restocking fee. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, please email us at hello@bywildrose.com.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bywildrose.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Do you ship to the UK and EU?
Yes! We offer free premium shipping with track and trace to the United Kingdom and all EU countries. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 8–12 business days. We also ship to select countries in the rest of Europe including Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, and Bancontact. All transactions are fully secured and encrypted for your safety.
Where do I enter my discount code?
You can enter your discount code on the checkout page. Look for the "Discount code" field on the right side of the checkout summary (or at the top on mobile). Enter your code and click "Apply" to see the discount reflected in your order total. Please note that Stack & Save discounts are applied automatically — no code needed.
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@bywildrose.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may have already been dispatched and you would need to follow our return process instead.
